Our neighborhood has 2 tennis courts, a swimming pool and recreation area with a playground.
All new homeowners are required to pay annual dues, for access and utilization of these amenities, and to also ensure upkeep and usability for all residents.
Pool
The pool is regularly open from the last day of School in May, through Labor Day.
Our pool uses saltwater - a healthier, lower cost, lower maintenance alternative to chlorine.
A certified lifeguard is on duty during the core swimming hours weekly, and on weekends only after school is back in session in the fall.
Official hours and operating times are posted at the beginning of each pool season.

*Please note that children must be at least 14 years of age to be at the pool unattended.
Tennis Courts
Court Hours are from 8am – 10pm.
The Courts were completely redone and resurfaced in 2014.
Recreation Area
We have a recreation are located near the Pool and tennis courts.
The green space is large enough to play a game of kickball, freeze tag, or practice soccer, softball, lacrosse or other outdoor sports and activities.
There is a playground with 2 slides, climbing bars and structure as well.
