Our neighborhood is conveniently located in the heart of East Cobb, with access to some of the best schools in the state.
We are an active swim/tennis community and our HOA sponsors several volunteer-led social events that make Princeton Walk a great place to live.

Note to residents: Annual HOA DUES are due MAY 31
There are several ways you can pay your annual dues:
1| If you have a valid email address in the directory, you will receive an electronic invoice with options for e-check/online payment. Please consider this method of electronic payment as its free to you and no paperwork.

3| Paypal - click on the button below ($600 Dues + $15 Credit Card Processing Fee)
Note: If you qualify for Non-Recreation Dues use the button below ($250 Dues + $7.50 Credit Card processing fee
